Easthorpe Lodge Visitors Book - page 3

Easthorpe Lodge is a true home from home!  We have been staying in holiday cottages for many years and this gem is by far the most impressive. The needs of the guest are fully catered for and the children very much enjoyed the toys and games you thoughtfully provided. The garden is a tranquil joy (just a shame the weather didn't allow us to make maximum use).  The location is wonderful for day trips to Scarborough and York (we even made it to Diggerland in Castleford, which was only 50 minutes away).  You have really set the bar very high, Rebecca, in terms of the quality of your holiday home.  Would love to be back next year, thank you.

We have all had a great week's holiday in your lovely cottage.  The cottage and its facilities are second to none - everything has been thought of and more to make our stay excellent!  The cottage is well placed for loads of activities for the young and old - we all loved Flamingoland and the drive to York is really quick and easy.  We will definitely recommend Easthorpe Lodge.  Thank you xxxx

Had a lovely week at your comfortable cottage.  Too many places to visit!  Weather was excellent.  Especially loved the kitchen and garden.  Many thanks.

Had a very nice break in this pleasant cottage.  All mod cons were provided with much thought having been put into the accommodation.  This is a very good area for touring the North East with many local attractions and amenities.  Food in the area has been fine, but exceptionally fine at the Cresswell Arms in Amotherby. Certainly somewhere to recommend to friends and acquaintances.

We have had a super holiday at Easthorpe.  The cottage is perfect, well equipped and so comfortable.  Superb location too!  We would certainly recommend the cottage to friends and family.  Thank you for your hospitality.

Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful cottage.  We have thoroughly enjoyed our second visit to your delightful cottage.  The week has flown by so quickly, but we have made the most of our time going to different places every day.  There is so miuch to see and do in the area that we look forward to coming back again.  The weather was fine with fantastic sunsets seen form the kitchen window.  We bless the day we read about your cottage in the 'Lady' magazine.

Had a wonderful stay.  The cottage was warm and had everything that could possibly be needed.  Our first visit to Yorkshire and didn't know it was lovely.  Hope we can come again, stay here and do some more exploring; the natives were so friendly!

Thank you so much for a truly wonderful stay in this beautiful cottage.  Genuine relaxation in a home away from home.  Would highly recommend to anyone looking to come away to Yorkshire.  Can't wait to come back - our best holiday ever, thank you.

We had a fantastic week visiting some of the many towns and villages, Moorland and Dales in North and West Yorkshire.  The cottage is an excellent base in a beautiful location.  The comfort level is first class; a perfect home from home.  We lacked nothing and enjoyed the wee luxuries in the welcome basket - thanks!
