All prices are for weekly holidays starting on a Friday

Friday to Friday (There may be flexibility at quieter times of year- please enquire)

The price of accommodation includes electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and T-towels. All prices are for 7 nights. Arrival time is from 4.00pm onwards. Cottage must be left clean and tidy by 10am on the day of departure.

Tariff 2010 - £278-00  (min. low season) to £550-00 (max. peak season)-  please look at tariffs below and calendar for bookings or please enquire for further details.

Tariff 2011 - £290-00  (min. low season) to £575-00 (max. peak season)  Any bookings accepted and confirmed with a deposit before 30th September 2010 will be charged at 2010 prices.

Short Breaks offered throughout the year subject to availability- please enquire re- short break prices- & for more information.

Short breaks prices are as follows: For two or three nights the rate is 60% of the price entered for the week, for four nights the rate is  80% and for five nights or more the charge is  the weekly price.

Discounts  are available for early bookings (more than 6 months ahead) & booking consecutive weeks

10% discount if only 1/2 person occupancy. Maximum of 15% discounts to be applied for any one booking.
